Headway Hospitality, a division of Headway Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking a Server to work at a local catering company in the Durham, North Carolina area! Pay range for this position is $16.00-$17.00/hour.

As a Server, you will:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to every guest
  • Setting up/breaking down the event
  • Restocking food
  • Bussing tables
  • Excellence in completing all tasks

Requirements of a Server:

  • Have a good worth ethic + must be flexible
  • 6+ months of banquet/event serving experience required
  • 1+ years banquet/event server experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and peers
  • Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to follow safety procedures
