Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Porter C for our client in the New York City, NY area! Headway Workforce Solutions focuses on providing high-quality workers to clients through Headway’s proprietary recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce management practices. The pay range for this position is $19.88 to $20.88/hour. Shifts are full-time and vary. We are looking to start individuals immediately!

As a Porter C, you will:

• Report to working Superintendent, and under general direction, the Porter handles the cleanliness and maintenance of apartment buildings and grounds area.
  
• Cleans and maintains building and grounds complex: elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments, etc.; trims trees and shrubs; fertilizes, seeds and mows lawn; sweeps and hoses sidewalks; removes snow and spreads salt as needed.
  
• Performs related duties as assigned.
  
• Heavy lifting may be required.
  

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance is a plus.
