Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking positive and motivated Recruiters to join our corporate team in Raleigh, NC! This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, driven individual interested in furthering their career in Recruitment and Human Resources.


The Recruiter will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, leveraging our leading-edge recruitment strategies and tools to meet and exceed recruitment goals and client expectations. They will source candidates using major job boards, internal tools, and other avenues to identify candidates for open positions for clients within the survey research, hospitality, events, and retail industries. Once identified, they will screen qualified candidates with a phone and or video interviews and complete assessments if needed. All employees of Staffing 360 Solutions act in accordance with our core values: Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, Tenacity, and Belief. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and starts at $15 per hour but willing to offer more for those who are qualified. We are looking to hire and start immediately!


As a Recruiter, you will

  • Develop new and creative sourcing strategies to find the best candidate for every role supported.
  • Reviews resume and interviews qualified candidates both via the phone and video
  • In some cases, help onboard the new hires, complete I-9 verifications, and assist in orientations
  • Use our applicant tracking systems to guide applicants through the recruitment life cycle process.

Recruiter Required Skills/Abilities 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent research and follow up skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of phone and video interview processes for different industries
  • General knowledge of staffing industry best practices
  • Understands how to effectively use job boards and how to source candidates
  • Desire to help others
  • Proficiency MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable with an in-office hybrid schedule

Education and Experience 

  • 1+ year in a Recruiting role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent research and follow up skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.

  • General knowledge of staffing industry best practices
