Looking for Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Field Interviewers! Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Field Interviewers on behalf of our client in the Duluth, MN (St. Louis County) area. Applicants within an approximate 50-mile radius of this location may be considered. As a Field Interviewer, you will conduct study enrollment interviews supporting the Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) study, which primarily focuses on assessing the effectiveness of services provided to parents involved with child welfare who have substance use disorder (SUD), an active child welfare case with an assessment that the children are not currently endangered and they are working to address the areas of concern that caused the case to be initiated. This is a multi-year study that includes a 45-minute interviewer-administered baseline survey, plus another similar follow-up survey approximately 15 months later. This is a part-time position and applicants must be available at least 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week based on availability of work. Applicants must be available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends when Respondents will be available and must be available to attend a remote project training. A tablet, keyboard and phone will be provided and is for use only on this assignment. The compensation for this position is based on your location and follows the Service Contract Act (SCA) rates. The SCA Rate for St. Louis County is $18.13 per hour, plus a $4.98 per hour Health & Welfare stipend.
