BWI Airport Intercept Interviewer
$21.00-$22.00 per hour
Baltimore
On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking outgoing and motivated Intercept Interviewers to conduct face-to-face interviews in Baltimore, MD with travelers at BWI Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall airport for a short-term assignment. As an Intercept Interviewer, you will receive full, paid training and support while in the field. Interviewers must be persuasive, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated, but also organized and detail-oriented. This position offers $22.00 per hour.
Responsibilities of an Intercept Interviewer:
Complete BWI airport required badging process (applicable expenses will be reimbursed)
Attend a virtual training tentatively scheduled for Friday, April 26th at 12pm
Work approximately 20 - 30 hours per week tentatively from Wednesday, May 1st - Saturday, May 18th in designated 5-6 hour shifts
Next wave at BWI is tentatively scheduled from Sunday, June 16th - Sunday, June 30th Travel to designated location at BWI Airport
Conduct surveys using a project provided tablet
Be responsible for tablet and all other study materials
Keep respondent information and survey details confidential
Complete all other tasks as assigned by management
Opportunity for future assignments at BWI, DC Metro, and travel intercept assignments to other airports
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous field data collection or interviewing experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Must enjoy interacting with all sorts of people
Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Follow all health and safety protocols
Must treat all respondents with sincere professionalism

As a Brand Ambassador , you will help promote the client’s products, messaging, and image by interacting with conference attendees. The pay for this position is range $24.00 per hour.

As an Inventory and Administrative Support Associate you will be responsible for ensuring
inventory is processed, organized, and stored to efficiently service our
business partners. The
ideal candidate is someone who can multitask, troubleshoot, focused, detail-oriented,

can work cross-functionally with other departments within the organization. The pay for this position is $20 hour based on

Responsibilities of an Inventory and Administrative
Support Associate:
· Examine the levels of raw materials and supplies using Excel
spreadsheets and software tools to track inventory levels accurately.
· Purchase order management for packaging and supplies.
· Ensure packaging materials are available for co-packers.
· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure alignment
to mitigate service interruptions (transportation, operations, purchasing, etc.)
· Properly order materials avoiding excessive surplus.
· Collaborate with management to plan forecasting models.
· Serve as a liaison when the manager is absent.
· Responsible for the accuracy of inventory transactions and the
establishment of proper controls within the department.

Field Interviewer

Looking for Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Field Interviewers!
Headway
Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Field Interviewers on behalf of our
client in the Duluth, MN (St. Louis County) area.
Applicants within an approximate 50-mile radius of this location may be
considered. As a Field Interviewer, you will conduct study enrollment interviews supporting the Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) study, which primarily focuses on assessing the effectiveness of services provided to parents involved with child welfare who have substance use disorder (SUD), an active child welfare case with an assessment that the children are not currently endangered and they are working to address the areas of concern that caused the case to be initiated. This is a multi-year study that includes a 45-minute
interviewer-administered baseline survey, plus another similar follow-up survey
approximately 15 months later.
This is a
part-time position and applicants must be available at least 20 hours
per week up to 40 hours per week based on availability of work. Applicants must
be available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends when Respondents
will be available and must be available to attend a remote project training. A
tablet, keyboard and phone will be provided and is for use only on this
assignment. The compensation for this position is based on your location and
follows the Service Contract Act (SCA) rates. The SCA Rate for St. Louis County is $18.13 per hour, plus a
$4.98 per hour Health & Welfare stipend.
Responsibilities

including answering any questions respondents may have about the study
Conduct computer-based interviews by phone and
