Join a growing and diverse data collection team! On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is searching for Part-Time Data Collectors. Part-Time Data Collectors are at the core of our client’s business. You will provide the competitive pricing information our client needs to drive successful pricing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to use your SMARTPHONE device (iPhone) to record and transmit product codes and prices in grocery stores, pharmacies, and mass merchants.

What We Require from Our Part-Time Data Collectors
Must be 18+
Preferably, you have some retail experience and a high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of the two
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work 8 hours or less per week with scheduling flexibility
Preferred Availability: Monday - before noon on Thursday
Take proper care of all materials or equipment provided by the company & return them upon completion of the project
Comfortable with using a SMARTPHONE device
You must dress retail professionally: Wear clean clothing, pants without holes, closed toe shoes
Communicate proactively
Be a team player, helping us build relationships within retail locations

Telephone Polling Interviewer (Remote)
$14.50 to $15.00/hour

On behalf of our client, Headway
Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Telephone
Polling Interviewers to support research studies. As a Telephone Polling
Interviewer, you will be responsible for calling respondents, asking
the appropriate questions and recording their answers using a Computer Assisted
Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system. This opportunity is a part-time position (9
to 28 hours per week) and pays $14.50 to $15 per hour, with paid training starting in mid to late April. Data collection will continue into November
2024 and there will be a possibility of continued employment beyond November
2024.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Knowledge of a telephone,
headset, computer (including a keyboard and mouse).
Strong communication skills; both
verbal and written.
Ability to effectively
communicate with management and colleagues.
Ability to read and communicate
clearly and effectively in English.
Must be able to maintain an
agreed upon schedule and provide appropriate notice of any absences or
changes.
Must be able to achieve a
productivity level (completed surveys per hour) that is at or above the
group average.
Must exhibit a proper demeanor by
adhering to the guidelines provided by our client.
Must be able to achieve and
maintain quality levels as detailed during training.
Must achieve and maintain
appropriate calling metrics such as dials per hour, low refusal rate, and
high conversion rate.
Must attend full training and pass
quizzes within the training.
Ability to sit for extended
periods of time and maintain both focus and motivation.
Ability to work three shifts
(minimum 3 hours per shift) per week.
Available to work weeknights from
4 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST and have flexibility to work past 9 p.m. EST and
least one weekend shift (Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and/or Sundays
from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.).
The hours available for shifts
are based on project availability and project performance. Sometimes shifts end early or are delayed
in getting started due to project timing.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and
CATI system software.
Previous working experience with
Voxco.
Previous experience with Kronos.
One year of polling experience.
Equipment Requirements:
Desktop and laptop computers
manufactured within the last five years.
Windows, macOS, or Linux-based
operating systems with the latest updates and patches.
Latest version of either Mozilla
Firefox (preferred), Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge. Please do not use Safari.
A high-speed internet connection
is required, at least 25 Mbps Upload/Download.
Use of a wired Ethernet
connection instead of Wi-Fi for more stability.
At least 4 GB of RAM (8 GB or
more is preferable) to ensure smooth operation when running Voxco CATI.
Solid State Drives (SSDs) rather
than Hard Disk Drives (HDDs) are recommended.
Total storage should be 128 GB or
greater. Agents are required to
have a minimum of 1 GB of available storage to save files in the form of
training, documents and other materials.
Monitor with a screen resolution
of 1366 x 768 pixels or higher is recommended for a comfortable survey
design experience (best experience is using a 15-inch to 20-inch display).
A high-quality wired microphone
headset using a headphone jack or USB connection.

Warehouse Assistant

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Warehouse Assistants in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Assistant/Courier, you will assist with the packing, staging, and preparing equipment and supplies. The pay for this position is $17-$18 per hour.
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Assistant:
· Labor intensive.
· Assist with the packing, staging, and preparing equipment and supplies.
· Assist with unpacking and cleaning supplies.
· Other warehouse and clerical duties as assigned.
· Assist with data entry of supplies in inventory management system.
· Employee may be required to do business related driving using a rental van and daily driving during the early voting period. Employee must be willing to drive.
· Assist in reconciliation after elections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
· Must be available to work full day and must be able to work up to 50 to 60-hour work week (including some weekends) during election season.

IT Assistant

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Information Tech Assistants As an Information Tech Assistant, you will install, configure, and update election software on 300+ laptops. The pay for this position is $19-$20 per hour.
Responsibilities of an Information Tech Assistant:
· Install, configure and update election software on 300+ laptops.
· Test desktop printers and resupply with paper and toner.
· Test voting equipment and document results for official record.
· Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
· Prepare peripherals for dispatch to voting locations (printers, barcode scanners, mice) including packing and custody control.
· Assist with setting up cabling and technical infrastructure at Early Voting Sites and BOE Training Rooms.
· Provide on-site technical support during election training and during Early Voting.
· Provide on-site and telephone technical support to voting locations during voting periods.
· Setup computer workstations for office staff.
· Periodically audit and inventory office tech supplies.
· Assist with basic software and programming related tasks.
· Process and resolve Helpdesk technical support tickets.
· Assist in reconciliation after each election.
· Must be available to work full days and must be able to work up to 50-60 hour work week (including weekends) during the election season.

Qualifications & Requirements:
