Carolyn is a highly accomplished executive operations management professional delivering over 20 years of Business Process Outsourcing, HR, and Strategic Partnership in the Human Resources industry. She manages Headway’s operational service delivery for large-scale strategic accounts.
What do you like most about working at Headway?
Throughout my tenure with Headway, I’ve been afforded the opportunity to be a part of long-term client partnerships delivering a suite of customized HR services. Being instrumental in strategic planning and execution of HR solutions, as well as recognized as a valued partner in each client’s operating success, is professionally rewarding.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
Carolyn is an avid fan of tennis from attending men’s & women’s professional tournaments to playing competitively. She is dedicated to regularly training with a coach to elevate overall performance. Additionally, she enjoys traveling domestically and internationally. The beach is a favorite “go to” for relaxation.
