What do you do at Headway?
As a Client Success Manager, I ensure the goals of my clients are met and their expectations are exceeded. I work closely with our Service Delivery team to assist in the onboarding of new employees and I work closely with our Payroll team to make sure pay is processed correctly on a weekly basis.
What do you like most about working at Headway?
While there are many things I appreciate about working at Headway, my biggest reason for loving my work would have to be the people I work with. I’ve been at Headway since 2014 and appreciate and value every single person on my team.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
I’m a crafty person that loves to knit, crochet, embroider and anything else I can do while binging tv shows with my husband on the couch.
