What do you do at Headway?

As the Service Delivery Manager at Headway my responsibilities include monitoring and managing the onboarding and I9 process, managing team performance while training and mentoring, collaborating with department Directors on implementing improvement procedures, maintaining high levels of performance that meet all employee and client levels while maintaining company compliance.

What do you like most about working at Headway?

Working in an environment where you know everyone on the team has one common goal. It is so refreshing coming to work each day knowing that your team members are willing to do whatever it takes to help each other out. The hybrid schedule is a nice perk as well!

What do you like to do for fun outside of work?

Outside of work I like to spend as much time with my kids and grandchildren as possible. Depending on the weather and time of year usually determines our activities!

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why? 

Time travel. I love learning anything about history. I think it would be super cool to be able to go back to a certain period of time to experience and live in those moments.
