What do you do at Headway?
Within my role in the organization, I am responsible for operational oversight of some Headway’s largest EOR clients, as well as providing oversight to service delivery within our Hospitality Division. I’m tasked with finding & implementing operational efficiencies, ensuring success with client-facing deliverables, facilitating financial reporting & payroll functions, as well as creating strategies to implement our technology products within our service delivery to our clients. I also work closely with our shared services leadership to implement quality control processes and improvements.

What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, golfing, and hiking around local trails & lakes in the area. When I have extended time to myself, I enjoy traveling to the Western NC Mountains or to the NC Coast…ideally to include some offshore fishing outings.
