What do you do at Headway?
I oversee our timekeeping and onboarding system, Headway Connect, as well as our payroll processing system. This gives me the opportunity to meet with new and established clients to understand their needs and then implement those ideas within our systems. I also provide support and guidance to our internal departments such as the Service Delivery and Payroll teams.
What do you like most about working at Headway?
Headway has been extremely supportive of my career ambitions and provides a positive space to consistently learn and grow as a professional. I am surrounded by many talented and caring individuals who guide and mentor me in endless ways. Every day I wake up and I am truly excited to start my workday!
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
I love a good movie. Sci-Fi is my favorite, so I’m a complete nerd!
