Manage HR Team. HR consultant to all Headway employees and client representatives pertaining to HR (Employee Relations, Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, HRIS, Compliance).

The culture and employees at Headway overall; I enjoy working with the HR team (we have diverse backgrounds and work well together).
