What do you do at Headway?
I work very closely with clients in the survey research, retail and hospitality industries to provide them with the human capital needed to grow their business. I lead our internal recruitment teams to submit the best most qualified candidates and staff for our clients through expert sourcing, interviewing and best hiring practices.
What do you like most about working at Headway?
Our work culture is the reason why I love working with Headway! We have awesome co-workers and leadership, we work hard but we also have events, contests and fun to break up those inevitable stressful times that we all have in business. My co-workers are simply the best people in the field and teamwork is our top priority!
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
I love the outdoors, working in my yard, hiking around the many trails in Raleigh and spending time in nature!
