This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, driven individual interested in furthering their career in Recruitment and Human Resources. The Recruiter will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, leveraging our leading-edge recruitment strategies and tools to meet and exceed recruitment goals and client expectations. They will source candidates using major job boards, internal tools, and other avenues to identify candidates for open positions for clients within the survey research, hospitality, events, and retail industries. Once identified, they will screen qualified candidates with a phone and or video interviews and complete assessments if needed. As a Recruiter, you will Develop new and creative sourcing strategies to find the best candidate for every role supported. Reviews resume and interviews qualified candidates both via the phone and video In some cases, help onboard the new hires, complete I-9 verifications, and assist in orientations Use our applicant tracking systems to guide applicants through the recruitment life cycle process. Field Interviewer

$18.35 per hour, plus a $4.98 per hour health & welfare stipend

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Field Interviewers on behalf of our client in the Nashville area. Applicants within an approximate 50-mile radius of this location may be considered. As a Field Interviewer, you will conduct interviews with parents and children and collect measurements on-site supporting the Mobility Opportunity Vouchers to Eliminate Disparities (MOVED) study which focuses on assessing the effectiveness of programs to lower poverty by providing assistance to families to move to areas with greater opportunities. In addition to conducting survey interviews, the data collection will include taking height and weight, blood pressure, A1c blood tests and accelerometer's (a.k.a. step counters). This is a multi-year study. This is a part-time position and applicants must be available at least 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week based on availability of work. Applicants must be available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends when Respondents will be available and must be available to attend project training. A tablet, keyboard and phone will be provided and is for use only on this assignment. The compensation for this position is based on your location and follows the Service Contract Act (SCA) rates. The SCA Rate for Davidson County is $18.35 per hour, plus a $4.98 per hour Health & Welfare stipend. As a Elections Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks related to the voter registration system. The pay for this position is $17-$18 per hour. Responsibilities of an Elections Assistant: · Perform administrative tasks related to the voter registration system. · Data entry of voter registration forms and absentee ballot request forms. · Verification of other employee’s data entry by visual review. · Scan forms using document scanners. · Process and sort incoming mail and documents received over the counter. · Customer service (in-person, telephone), answering incoming calls and solving election related questions. · Log outgoing and incoming absentee ballot mailings in computer system. · Assemble and package Absentee By Mail Envelopes. · Fold and stuff outgoing mailings. · Other clerical duties as assigned. Part-time Test Administrator

Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking Reading Test Administrators to work on an evaluation of a reading intervention program in the Pinellas County, Florida area. Reading Test Administrators will conduct assessments of 3rd -5th grade students’ reading skills in elementary schools in Pinellas County. In addition, test administrators may be asked to assist in collecting parental consent forms from schools. Individuals who have experience working with young children between the ages of 8-12 are encouraged to apply, especially retired teachers and substitute teachers! Position Specifics This position will begin with an in-person training the week of September 2, 2024 in Pinellas County on how to administer the Woodcock Reading Mastery Test, 3rd Edition, and Symbol Imagery Test followed immediately by two days of practice. Testing will begin on September 12, 2024 and continue through October 2024. Please note, that testing may end early. Reading Test Administrators should expect 35 hours of work each week during daytime school hours. Candidates must be willing to travel to local schools and work as part of a team. Qualified candidates must be available to commit for the entire length of the testing window. Reading Test Administrators will only be hired if they pass all required background checks and pass a simple study-created certification test on administering the Woodcock Reading Mastery Test and Symbol Imagery Test. Job Requirements ● Be available to attend an in-person training tentatively scheduled on September 2, 2024 ● Be available to work 35 hours/week from September 12, 2024 through October 2024, from 7:30 am-3:30 pm ● Access to personal, reliable transportation ● Be willing to travel reasonable distances to reach assigned schools ● Strong interpersonal skills with both adults and children ● Strictly adhere to AIR’s and the school district’s procedures to protect the privacy of children and families ● Maintain contact with the testing team leader and other project team members ● Submit completed assessments and timesheets daily to the team leader ● Ability to work well independently and under the direction of team leaders ● Pass School District required background check and fingerprinting processes; follow all COVID-19 and other health-related requirements of the district and AIR Preferred Experience ● Bachelor’s Degree in education, child development, psychology, or a related field ● Experience engaging with children from a variety of backgrounds ● Experience working with early elementary school age children (8-12-year-old children) Training Data Collectors will receive paid training in person, tentatively scheduled the week of September 2, 2024. Attendance at training is mandatory. Trainees must successfully complete training to continue employment on the project. Pay for this position begins at $24.00 per hour but will vary based on role.
